Daniel K. Luebbering

Dan grew up on the family dairy farm in central Missouri, which his family homesteaded in 1858. In 1997, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with an emphasis on business and finance . After obtaining his bachelor's degree, Dan worked as a budget analyst for 5 years before going to law school. Dan attended law school at Drake University and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2005. During law school, Dan was treasurer of the Drake Student Bar Association and served as a research assistant to Professor Jerry Anderson, co-authoring an article on Zoning and Planning Bias. 

After graduating from Law School in 2005, Dan was a successful litigator for over 15 years in Missouri and Kansas. He worked his way up the ladder eventually becoming a founding partner of Fox, Glaser, Luebbering and Gary, LLC.  As a litigator, Dan litigated numerous complex cases through trial and has argued multiple cases on appeal.  Dan also wrote the occupational disease chapter of the Missouri Deskbook on Worker's Compensation. In 2021 Dan moved to Colorado with his wife and three daughters. 

After many years of being a litigator, Dan switched his focus to estate planning and business succession which he finds to be more personally rewarding and fulfilling. Making decisions regarding your legacy can be challenging for many people and Dan finds enjoyment in helping people work through these decisions to develop a comprehensive plan that gives them control over their legacy.  He especially finds satisfaction in seeing the peace of mind that people experience after completing their plan and knowing that their loved ones will be taken care of after they are gone.

Dan is currently licensed to practice law in Colorado, Kansas and Missouri. 

In his personal time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughters' youth sports teams, and spending time outdoors camping, fishing, and hiking.
